Pacific Stainless Products, Inc. began operations in October, 1988, in Tualatin, Oregon with five employees, under the direction of Jeff Kemp, General Manager, and Dennis Sugihara, Production Manager. The goal was to provide a superior level of craftsmanship and customer service not being provided by any other fabrication company in the Northwest. The newly formed corporation primarily produced and installed custom stainless steel equipment for the restaurant industry.

Over the next few years our growth rate was phenomenal, a direct result of rigorous production and customer service standards. In 1992, as part of our overall growth plan, a Mazak laser-cutting machine was purchased. To leverage the new capabilities and enter the highly competitive high-tech marketplace, our employees began extensive and ongoing training which has become a routine part of employment with Pacific Stainless.

Since that time, a new Mazak Super Turbo X510 Mark II laser cutting center has been purchased. The Mazak Super Turbo allows us to cost effectively cut the complex shapes needed to produce our many products and custom jobs without increasing our production lead times.

Each year, Pacific Stainless Products invests in cutting edge equipment and employee training to ensure that we can continue leading the stainless steel fabrication industry in quality and cost effective delivery standards.

Today Pacific Stainless Products has over 100 employees and craftsmen in our Saint Helens, Oregon headquarters plant. With downtown Portland located just 25 miles away, Pacific Stainless is close to our material suppliers and efficient transportation hubs.
