Pacific Stainless Products, Inc. began operations in October, 1988, in Tualatin, Oregon with five employees, under the direction of Jeff Kemp, General Manager, and Dennis Sugihara, Production Manager. Their goal was to provide a level of customer service that they were not seeing provided by any other fabrication company in the Northwest. The newly formed corporation primarily produced and installed custom stainless steel equipment for the restaurant industry.
Over the next few years PSPs growth rate was phenomenal, primarily resulting from the companys standard of customer service. As a part of the companys overall growth plan, in 1992 a Mazak laser-cutting machine was purchased. Employees underwent extensive training in new techniques, materials, material handling and new equipment to enter and be competitive in the high tech industry. Since that time, a new Mazak Super Turbo X510 Mark II has been purchased, and Pacific Stainless Products has become a leader in the industry, with quality and on time deliveries that are unequalled.
Today Pacific Stainless Products has over 100 employees in Oregon and Washington plants, as well as a sales office in Boise, Idaho. PSP produces for a wide variety of industries including restaurant, food processing, with the greatest percentage of business in serving the high-tech industry. In this ever-changing market, Pacific Stainless Products prides itself on being at the forefront in testing and adapting new techniques and constantly training and re-training our employees in order to better serve our customers with the quality and service they have come to expect.
Pacific Stainless Products goal remains as it has always been, to manufacture and assemble high quality stainless steel fabricated products per our customers specifications and design, with a consistent focus on knowing and exceeding our customers expectations.
